The Youth of Excellence Scheme of China (YES China Program) is a fully funded scholarship designed to cultivate global governance leaders with strong leadership skills, cultural awareness, and an international perspective. It supports outstanding professionals from around the world to pursue Master’s or PhD degrees in top Chinese universities.

Who Can Apply?
Open to non-Chinese citizens under 45 years old who are in good physical and mental health, and have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher

• At least three years of work experience (preferably related to the program)

• A professional background as a government official, senior manager, academic/research administrator, or staff of an international organization

Eligibility Criteria:
