Applications are now open for the 2nd edition of the World Youth Forum taking place in Porto, Portugal. The forum will host 250 exceptional young leaders from across the world for a transformative experience focused on leadership, collaboration, and global development. No IELTS is required.

Who Can Apply?
Young people from any country who are passionate about leadership, youth development, international collaboration, and global problem-solving.

What Is Covered?
The program offers three participation categories:

• 50 Fully Funded seats

• 100 Partially Funded seats

• 100 Forum-Access-Only seats
  Coverage may include travel support, accommodation, meals, and event access depending on the category awarded.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be an international participant aged between 18 and 35

• Must demonstrate leadership potential, community involvement, or interest in global issues

• Must have a valid passport at the time of travel

• No IELTS or language test required
