The 2026 UNESCO IHE Delft Rotary Scholarship provides fully funded support for students admitted to the MSc Programme in Water and Sustainable Development at IHE Delft. The scholarship is designed to empower future water leaders by covering all study and living expenses while offering mentorship through Rotary Clubs.
Who Can Apply?
Students from any country worldwide who have secured academic admission into the IHE Delft MSc Programme and who are supported by a Rotary Club.
What Is Covered?
The scholarship is fully funded, covering:
- Full tuition fees
- Living stipend
- Travel and visa costs
- Health insurance
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Have academic admission to the IHE Delft MSc Programme in Water and Sustainable Development.
- Be admitted to one of these thematic tracks:
- Water and Health
- Water, Food and Energy
- Water Resources and Ecosystems Health
- Water Hazards, Risks and Climate
- Be supported by a sponsoring Rotary Club.
- Participate in and pass the Rotary Club interview and local selection process.
- Meet all funding requirements under Rotary’s Global Grant process.
- Maintain contact with the sponsoring club throughout the study period.
- Submit a fully completed application form via the sponsoring Rotary Club to the Rotary/IHE selection committee.
How to Apply?
- First apply and gain academic admission to the IHE Delft MSc Programme.
- Secure a sponsoring Rotary Club willing to nominate and support you.
- Complete the Rotary–IHE scholarship application form.
- Participate in the Rotary Club interview and selection process.
- The Rotary Club submits your application to the Rotary/IHE Delft selection committee.
