The Masters in Global Nursing Leadership (MGNL) Program at the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) is a two-year graduate program designed for experienced nurses with leadership aspirations. The program equips students with skills to address global health inequities and disparities through effective nursing leadership. Successful candidates receive a 100% tuition scholarship, covering housing, meals, and academic-related costs.
Who can apply?

Registered nurses with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.

5 – 7 years of experience as a registered nurse (RN).

Currently employed with a valid, non-restricted RN practice license.
