Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) invites international, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao, and Mainland Chinese students to apply for its Undergraduate, Master’s, PhD, and Post-Baccalaureate programs starting Spring 2026. The university offers world-class education in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, life sciences, and more.

Who Can Apply?

• International students with non-R.O.C. nationality.

• Overseas Chinese students (including Hong Kong & Macao residents) meeting MOE residency regulations.

• Mainland China students (PRC passport holders) via the University Entrance Committee.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate: High school diploma (overseas/foreign school in Taiwan) verified by R.O.C. representative office.

• Post-Baccalaureate Medicine: Bachelor’s degree or higher, verified by R.O.C. representative office.

• Master’s Program: Bachelor’s degree or higher, verified by R.O.C. representative office.

• Ph.D. Program: Master’s degree or higher, verified by R.O.C. representative office.

• All applicants must meet MOE regulations for their status (International, Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong/Macao, or Mainland Chinese).

How to Apply?

1. Visit the KMU Application Website: https://admission.kmu.edu.tw

2. Register an account and select your program (up to 3 choices).

3. Fill the online form, upload documents, and pay the application fee (if required).

4. Print, sign, and re-upload the application form.

5. Provide at least 2 referees for each program.

6. Click “Submit Application” before the deadline.

Deadline (Spring 2026 Intake):

October 9, 2025 (5:00 pm, Taiwan time).
