Eligibility Criteria

• Must have completed or be in the final year of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least a UK 2.1 or equivalent

• Must possess excellent English proficiency

• Must demonstrate strong academic excellence

• Must show interest in legal and public service that can benefit the Liverpool City Region

• Must show potential for future leadership

• Must be unable to pursue a postgraduate degree without financial support
