Aalto University offers fully funded scholarships for international students to pursue a two-year Master’s degree in art and design, business and economics, or technology and engineering. The Aalto University Excellence Scholarship covers full tuition fees for non-EU students and provides a unique opportunity to study at one of Finland’s most prestigious public research universities.

Who Can Apply:
International students from all countries (non-EU students are eligible for the Excellence Scholarship). Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or be in their final year of study, with proof of graduation by July 31, 2026. For certain programs, alternative qualifications or work experience may be considered.

What Is Covered:

• Full tuition fee waiver for the two-year Master’s program

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to all nationalities

• Proof of previous educational degrees

• English language proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent)

• Bachelor’s degree or expected graduation by July 31, 2026

• For Art and Design: alternative qualifications/experience may be considered if no formal degree

• For the School of Business: GRE or GMAT scores may be required

• Submit an online application for the Master’s program and select “Yes” for the Excellence Scholarship

• Upload all required documents by 2nd January 2026 (application form) and by 9th January 2026 (required documents)

• Follow the student visa process for Finland if admitted
