Who Can Apply?

• International students from non-EU countries.

• Applicants under 35 years (Bachelor’s/Master’s) or under 45 years (PhD/postgraduate).

Eligibility Criteria

• Must not hold Romanian citizenship or belong to Romanian historical communities.

• Must not have requested protection or residency status in Romania.

• Cannot be staff, relatives of diplomatic/consular corps, or staff of international organizations based in Romania.

• Must not already hold a Romanian state scholarship for the same study cycle.

• Must have valid study documents from accredited institutions.

• Academic performance: minimum average of 7/10 or “Good.”

• Programs in Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy are not eligible.
