The Dalian University of Technology (DUT) is inviting international students to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship–High Level Postgraduate Program and the Silk Road Program 2026. These scholarships provide full financial support for international students to pursue undergraduate, master’s, or PhD studies in any academic field at one of China’s top universities.

 Who Can Apply?
Non-Chinese citizens in good health who meet the degree and age requirements:

• Bachelor’s: Under 25 years old with a high school diploma

• Master’s: Under 35 years old with a Bachelor’s degree

• PhD: Under 40 years old with a Master’s degree

 Free on-campus accommodation
 Monthly stipend
 Comprehensive medical insurance

 Eligibility Criteria:

• Non-Chinese citizens in good health

• Required language proficiency:

  • Chinese-taught: HSK 4 (≥180) for STEM & Management majors; HSK 5 (≥180) for Humanities & Social Sciences

  • English-taught: TOEFL ≥80 or IELTS ≥5.5 (or proof of English instruction for prior studies)

• Applicants from English-speaking countries are exempt from English test scores.

• May undergo additional interviews or tests for final evaluation

Apply online through the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) portal and the DUT online application system.
Select Dalian University of Technology and submit all required documents, including your degree certificates, transcripts, study plan, and recommendation letters.
