The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a fully funded PhD and EngD scholarship for outstanding international students to conduct research in Science and Engineering at top Singapore institutions. Offered by A*STAR in partnership with NUS, NTU, SUTD, SMU, and SIT, the program promotes global research excellence and international collaboration.
