The Rhodes Global Scholarships offer two fully funded scholarships each year for exceptional students from countries not already covered by existing Rhodes constituencies. Scholars study at the University of Oxford, UK. 

Who Can Apply? 

Applicants not eligible for other Rhodes constituencies (i.e., those without strong ties to specific countries/regions already served by separate Rhodes scholarships).
