The Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program is a fully funded, year-long leadership development program for emerging civil society leaders (ages 21–27). Fellows participate in a three-month practicum in the U.S., followed by a community engagement project in their home country. The program fosters global collaboration and strengthens civil society by empowering young changemakers. 

Who Can Apply 

Emerging civil society and community leaders from eligible countries who:
