The UNIDIR Graduate Professional Program 2026 offers an incredible six-month training opportunity for international graduates passionate about strategic communication, content creation, and digital storytelling. Hosted by the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR), this program provides hands-on experience in international communications and global peace research—no work experience or IELTS required!
Financial Benefits
Participants will receive a monthly stipend of USD 1,331 to cover living expenses in Geneva.
Note: Travel, visa, and accommodation costs are not covered.
Responsibilities
- Support UNIDIR’s communication strategy and editorial calendar.
- Manage website updates, newsletters, and event promotion.
- Create multimedia content (graphics, photos, videos).
- Ensure brand consistency and coordinate outreach campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to candidates of all nationalities
- Must hold a recent university degree (within one year of graduation)
- Background in communications, PR, marketing, or international relations preferred.
- Strong digital and design skills (Canva, Photoshop, WordPress, Trello)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
