The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Scholarship supports exceptional international master’s and PhD students who wish to pursue graduate studies or research at German universities. The program focuses on academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to social development.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must hold a university degree (Bachelor's or higher), as bachelor's studies are not funded

• Must not be older than 30 years at the time of application

• Must plan to complete at least three semesters of study in Germany

• Must demonstrate strong academic performance

• Must show voluntary social engagement

• Must support democratic values and human rights

• English or German proficiency required (German at least B2 level)
