The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po supports exceptional African students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to driving change in Africa. The program offers full financial support for eligible students pursuing a two-year master’s degree at one of Sciences Po’s Graduate Schools in France.

Who Can Apply:
Outstanding students from African countries who have been admitted into a Master’s programme at Sciences Po (excluding dual degree and one-year master’s programs).

What’s Covered:

• Full tuition and living expenses for two years

• Comprehensive financial aid for housing, health insurance, and other essentials

• Academic, social, and professional mentorship

• Leadership and career development opportunities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a citizen of an African country (those with dual citizenship outside Africa are not eligible)

• Hold or be completing a Bachelor’s degree from an eligible institution or bridging programme affiliated with the Mastercard Foundation

• Demonstrate financial need (proof required)

• Show commitment to social impact and transformative leadership in Africa

• Be under 35 years old at the start of the master’s programme

• Must not already hold a master’s degree
