The Clarendon Fund is one of Oxford University’s most prestigious scholarship programs, offering 200 fully funded scholarships each year to outstanding graduate students from around the world. It supports both Master’s and DPhil (PhD) programmes, across all fields of study, covering tuition and living costs.

 What the Scholarship Covers

• Full tuition & college fees
• Generous annual living allowance (sufficient to cover accommodation and living costs in Oxford)
• Funding guaranteed for the full duration of the course

 Who Can Apply?

• Open to all nationalities, including UK citizens
• Applicants from any academic field
• Candidates applying for a Master’s or DPhil programme at Oxford University

 Eligibility Requirements

• Must apply for admission to Oxford by the December or January 2026 deadline for your chosen course
• Meet all admission requirements of your selected programme
• Academic excellence and potential are the main selection criteria (merit-based)
• No separate application is needed — if you apply to Oxford, you’re automatically considered for Clarendon

 Application Process

1. Apply for admission to your chosen Oxford Master’s or DPhil course by the relevant deadline (Dec/Jan 2026).
2. Departments will review applications based on academic merit.
3. Shortlisted candidates are forwarded to the Clarendon Fund.
4. Successful scholars are notified in April 2026.
