One of these awards is exclusively for Syrian candidates. The scholarship supports exceptional individuals committed to leadership, service, and making a positive global impact.
Who Can Apply?
Citizens or legal residents of Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, or Palestine meeting the Rhodes eligibility criteria for the SJLP constituency.
What is Covered?

Eligibility Criteria

Citizenship or legal residency in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, or Palestine

Meet age requirements (varies slightly per constituency — usually 18–24 years)

Completed or on track to complete an undergraduate degree by the start date at Oxford

Demonstrated academic excellence, leadership skills, integrity, and commitment to service
