Expand your Global Network: Apply for the Fully Funded Crossculture Program 2026 in Germany

The CrossCulture Program (CCP) 2026 is a fully funded cultural exchange fellowship that selects 55–60 professionals and volunteers from 40 countries. Participants broaden their expertise, develop intercultural communication skills, and build lasting networks. Funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, the program lasts 2–3 months and strengthens civil society ties between Germany and partner nations.

Who Can Apply?
Professionals and volunteers from 40 eligible countries with at least two years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society organizations. Applicants should have strong English language skills and an interest in networking, policy, culture, human rights, sustainable development, or related fields.

What Is Covered?

  • Monthly stipend: €650

  • Round-trip airfare

  • Accommodation

  • Monthly public transportation ticket

  • Health insurance

  • Visa fee reimbursement

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum age: 23 years at the time of application

  • At least two years of professional experience or volunteer work in civil society

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Work experience in one of the program’s focus areas: networking, policy, media & culture, human rights & peace, sustainable development & climate justice

  • Optional focus areas: Culture of Remembrance, Gender and Diversity

  • Letter of recommendation from a supervisor

  • Optional photo
