The Baker Donelson Diversity Scholarship is a prestigious opportunity for rising 2L law students who demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in the legal field. Each year, the firm selects three students to receive a salaried 2L Summer Associate position and a total of $20,000 in scholarship funds, distributed in two phases. Since 2008, the firm has supported future leaders in law through this initiative, reflecting its commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession.
