Program: Plant and Microbial Biology

UC Berkeley’s Plant & Microbial Biology (PMB) department offers fully funded PhD support for 5 years, including tuition, fees, and an annual stipend ($49,701 for 2024–2025). Funding comes through a combination of fellowships, Graduate Student Researcher (GSR) positions, and Teaching Assistantships (TAs).

Admitted PhD students in the PMB program, including both domestic and international applicants.
